5 Reasons to Build Mental Strength
I completed the Womens Hyrox Doubles competition at the weekend and loved it!
I am in no way a pro at running, lifting or the gym but I get up, get it done and do the work.
It’s through the healthy habits that we choose, consistency and discipline that we start to see change and get positive results. We can build our resililence, maintain mental strength and achieve emotional wellness.
We can test our capability, learn how to reach our full potential and achieve high performance at work and throughout all areas of life!
This is why I regularly enter fitness competitions. It gives me a focus, something to work for and builds my mental and physical capabilities. I believe it is important to challenge the mind and body, push boundaries, keep competitive and appreciate the human body machine!
The whole atmosphere at hyrox was amazing. It put my training to the test, kept me present in the moment and who doesn’t love a bit of healthy competition!
