As a Coach I regularly get asked the question; What is the role of a Coach and when do I know if I need one?

Perhaps reading this you have had some coaching sessions before and want to share this with a work colleague, a boss, family member or a friend who you know could benefit from this kind of relationship.

Perhaps you are trying to figure out if some coaching could be useful to you or your company because you have heard other people say how powerful it is, but you’re struggling to understand the reasons to invest and pinpoint the area of focus.

Or perhaps you are just wildly curious to learn about the reasons to get a coach because this is new to you, you are open to learn about how you could reach your full potential and make the most out of all areas of your life.
